Home made chicken and steak enchilada's baby! Meat, cheese, onions, with more cheese and olives on top. Mild sauce (for the wivey as I prefer hotter sauce).

I'll be eating in about 40 minutes.....

BTW - We made enough to eat on Monday night for the Fiesta Bowl. Don't want to be bothered or distracted by unimportant things like cooking....
