Gala apple....dull compared to the anniversary dinner we had Saturday night at The Refectory.
-we split a bottle of Moet & Chandon White star.
-an order of roasted goat cheese with shallots and olive oil
-crusty french bread
-swordfish stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and spinach, served on truffle potatoes with roasted corn and champagne butter.
-lemon mousse with vanilla sponge cake and raspberries with citrus tuile with a dessert wine
-french coffee
Thank god I can't afford to eat like that everyday. Wow.
