Does Clemson provide folding chairs for the opponent's bench instead of actual benches?

I've watched a few Clempson games this year, or at least chunks of them, and they have some issues that tell me this might be more than simply a "down year" for them. Dabo has put together a helluva run based largely on two things...a transcendent talent at QB and a stout/disruptive DL. They do not have an elite QB right now. They also have never recruited overly great on the OL, but their OL is BAD right now. Part of it might be the limitations in play calling because of the QB issues, but they are not good at all. I know Breesee going down hurts, but the depth on the DL isn't what it was in years past. They have some work to do to get back to good, let alone great.

I think their defense is legit but it feels like they haven’t even gone up against a good QB. Like if they shut down Bama I’ll definitely crown them. Lord knows no one else in the SEC East has a QB worth a shit.

The question is why? Did all of the recruiting services miss on this guy? He was the #1 or #2 QB prospect of his class, depending where you look.

OC Jeff Scott left after 2019 to take the South Florida HC job. Coincidence? I don't know, but DJU shouldn't look this bad. Not that I mind, though.
