Right because Penn State just lost to Illinois and has one QB whose body is broken and another who couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. I expect OSU to win by 20+. On the road against motivated scum is scary

They aren't other then this game their QB isn't much better then a hurt clifford. If you force him to throw and cover the first 10 yards it's been ugly
