Week 2 Games Discussion

Rutgers isn’t looking like such a bad addition anymore, are they?

Goddamnit, I drove my dad to Lincoln and back in 2011. One loss. ONE LOSS! And I had to be there for it.

Sorry you had to be there for that one. Yesterday was an embarrassment for the B1G. Iowa can't barely score an offensive point (against freaking South Dakota State and Iowa State), Wisconsin loses to a team that nearly lost at home against the FCS Idaho Vandals...speaking of the FCS Vandals, they had Indiana on the ropes. The Northwestern loses to Duke and in the sport of football, not basketball, so that is awful. Then the worst part is Nebraska losing to Georgia Southern, good lord that is bad. I usually like watching B1G football over other games, but this year might be different.

If the first 2 weeks are any indication, the B1G is going to be insanely top heavy with OSU, *ichigan and maybe Sparty being the only legitimate teams. Minnesota, Purdue and perhaps Rutgers might be average (not holding my breath). As long as the Buckeyes kick ass, I won't lose sleep over it, but I do like to see a strong B1G and this year it is awful. I understand other conferences and ranked teams didn't go unblemished either...A&M goes down to App State, ND to freaking Marshall, and Baylor in a slight upset with BYU. But as a collective whole, no conference shat the bed like the B1G has so far.

1. Well there goes our strength of schedule argument.
2. Thanks for nothing, Wisky, NW, Iowa, Nebby.
3. Wish I could celebrate the ND loss more.
4. So, money isn't everything in college football.
5. Scott Frost to join BTN color team for week 4.
6. Kinda fun watching Texas get raped by the Zebras who are their presumed in-laws.
