Are not officials taught to call it a fumble because replay will make the correct call? I have heard several times but then replay comes in and states we don’t have a good view and no definitive evidence to overturn….

You don't think that we are Top 4 Best even if we aren't deserving? Losing by a score up north as shitty as it is anytime it happens, is at least as good as any other loss. If everyone plays head to head, who wins? That is how they determine the "best" when possible, not the most deserving which would be FSU, ttun, Washington and Texas. That leaves out SEC if so and I'd be ok with that. But if they are going to use mental gymnastics, well then, put us in the floor exercise man.

Getting to, and winning, your CCG matters. Texas and Bama did that today while OSU watched on TV. I'll give you my honest opinion, I don't think this version of Ohio State is better than either of them. So if we're talking four "best", no, we aren't in it. Top six, yes. Top four, no.

2. Washington vs 7. Ohio State
3. Texas vs 6. Georgia
4. Alabama vs 5. Florida State

Thats where I think they should have done this whole thing anyway. 12 is too many and has byes involved. There's still going to be ratings and rankings involved in that too much after the Top 12 are picked for who gets a bye and where they play. 4 games then 2 then the Natty is only one more week to the season so that was my choice.

Yeah. Watching OSU play Liberty in the giveafuck.com Bowl while tsun is playing for a NC will be something I can easily move past and in no way consider a reflection on Ryan Day.
