Big answer there for Penn State. To me is seems like Allar has settled down a ton since our game.

Pretty even game overall.

To me it feels like Penn State has been more consistent and Michigan is more boom/bust.

If Penn State can literally just line up their defense correctly and stop blitzing I like their chances. Just way too aggressive by Penn State.
