Oregon tried their hardest. Penalties galore, dumb 2-point attempts, dropped passes, cutesy play calling, etc. They should've won by 4-5 TDs

When Ewers reclassified, Day offered Penn Sate commit but life long Buckeye fan, Drew Allar. Day's pitch was even though McCord and Ewers were in the class class ahead of him, he would be developed at OSU and the best players play. Yurcich countered that OSU had a log jam at QB and that he could develop him just to achieve his potential.
