Week 10 Games Discussion

I’m all for Oregon getting theirs. The 2014 team lost to Virginia Tech in week two… were they the same team during the final run of the season? Anyone think they would have lost to VT in the playoffs? Let them have their head to head win, but if anyone thinks this Oregon team can hang against this current Buckeye squad, they’re out of their damn minds.

I don’t know when it stopped being factored that teams get better or worse throughout the season, but that late Bama loss to unranked A&M and girl fight @Tennessee should have sent them rolling down hill. If that happens to Ohio State, they’re screaming about the “late season loss” the next day and for the rest of the playoff chatter. The spots dropped would be dramatic.

Pretty wild. There’s a lot of “let’s only talk about it when it fits our narrative” going on, without question.

Utah has had a tough year with off the field losses. I’ve said before but Whittingham has a nice program going. Tough D, NFL level backs, tough. They’re putting it together now and playing for something. Look out PAC

This was a weird game. Illinois went up 14-0 and got ultra conservative the rest of the game, Minnesota had a 7 minute drive in the 3rd that got no points, missed a FG and an extra point, both teams moved the ball well between the 30s, but that was pretty much it.

Illini won the battle up front practically all day, 6 sacks and Minny only had 89 on the ground.
