I have more faith in Tressel saying that he "will treat this incident accordingly" than I do with Pete (need I bring up the Maualuga incident?) saying that Sanchez "could" face discipline.


But more succinctly (and more importantly), your post that quoted mine was non-reponsive due to your use of fallacious logic. Go look it up.

USC has reinstated Sanchez. I think the article's funny b/c it says that Carroll told reporters that Sanchez "could" face discipline for underage drinking and using a fake id. Way to go Pete--let's not err on the side of showing a little bit of toughness to your players who violate the rules. :shake:

You really shouldn't judge without a direct quote from Pete Carroll. You are going off a reporter's paraphrase.

From the LA Times

"All of our issues we handle internally," Carroll said Monday. "We've already addressed it and he has some stuff he has to do."

Carroll declined to provide specifics, but team disciplinary actions in the past have typically included counseling and mentoring components.

I'm far from a Petey fan... my point was merely that non-OSU fans heard about the non-punishment (for Boone) in the media and assumed he got off scot-free.

Congrats bboy, you used two big words, with 'reponsive' thrown in the middle.
