bad call, replay official missed it, ref on field shanked the signal to the crowd.

one announcer says "man that is CLOSE, not conclusive enough to overturn"

other announcer "that was unequivocally conclusive. he's on top of a player and hi knee never hits"

then lane continues his douchebaggery in the halftime interview.

This. It's hard to believe that someone who is that big of an ass is not coaching at Michigan. RichRod should put him on staff.

The shot that took Moniz out of the game was cheap. I thought head shots were going to receive attention this year? Moniz may be out a few weeks.

USC has not looked good. Hawaii isn't a very good team and USC has made them look pretty good at times, especially the USC secondary. There have been some stunning Hawaii YAC, stunning. USC is flattered by the score.

Granted, USC has fucking sucked at tackling. But when they are on offense they've been out-athleting Hawaii pretty easily.

I still see them taking 3 to 5 losses this season.

Yep. Does USC look a bit unfit to you as well? They seem to be sucking air too!

Pretty bad defense on both sides tonight. It's hard to tell how good USC's offense is, but their D really needs some work.

But I'll be surprised if they don't go at least 10-3.

Oh yeah, especially across the defensive front. You can clearly see the talent is still there (the recruiting classes will tell you that) but USC hasn't had that mental and coaching edge since Vince beat them in the 2005 NC game.

It's clear what they need. Barwis.

Where? I'm seeing them get their ass whooped by a mediocre Hawaii team. USC had 3 good-great defenses post 2006 NC game. I don't think Carroll did a real good job evaluating prospects like he did earlier at USC. He had a little Larry Coker syndrome towards the end.

USC loses at least 4 games this year. I'm leaning towards 5.

IMO the game would had been down to the wire if Hawaii had a decent QB, their WRs were getting open all night and the QB would miss them a good bit of the time (or on occasion the WR would drop it)
