The past two games for the Dutch on ESPN, it was funny listening to Steve McManaman vent his frustration with the Netherlands.

Against Germany he suggested someone for the Dutch kick a German to change the pace and today I was laughing after his comment following a poor Dutch corner.

Germany vs Greece. Don't let us down with the signs, German fans.

I don't know, if Greece advance, it means more of this lady (on the left).

Seriously, if you go thru all the photo galleries of EURO 2012 (Sky Sports, SI, UEFA.com, etc.), she's the only fan -- literally, only one -- that made all of them. And for some reason, the international feed (what ESPN uses), has a solo camera on her.

Even with simultaneous kickoffs, there's still a chance of shenanigans in some situations.

However, I prefer this as the format anyway. It really adds to the suspense when you're supporting a team that is hanging by a thread.

They can never fully stop it but it does help. Still, I don't like it from a TV viewing standpoint despite the build up of suspense at times.
