Akron might not have caught that mistake.
UCF may face off against powerhouse Ohio State without its top running back in the lineup.
UCF coach George O?Leary said senior running back Latavius Murray is ?week-to-week? after suffering a shoulder injury during the Knights? blowout 56-14 win at Akron Thursday. He declined to disclose whether Murray suffered a shoulder bruise or strain, but O?Leary did say ?it?s nothing that has to be operated on.?
?Right now, he?s week-to-week as far as whether he?s in the game plan,? O?Leary said. ?We?ll see what he looks like this week, but I wouldn?t count -- we?ll see where he?s at.?

Agree that Akron is crap this year as they were last year, and UCF blowing them out means nothing. But at the same time, us blowing out Miami means about the same.
I've had this tabbed as the most difficult non conference game this season for some time now, not that it says that much this year with our soft non conference schedule. But UCF could easily end up with 8 or 9 wins this year, and this is a much better test for our defense as they are much better at the skill positions and up front offensively than Miami is.
I am really high on our team this year, and I think we will likely shut down their run game and force quite a few turnovers, while still being able to put up 40+ points. If they do accomplish this, then I think it could be a good prediction of what may come later in the season.
I think we win 45-10. And I believe this will be the closest score and game until we go to East Lansing.
