UAB at Ohio State 9/22/12

If anything recommending Eddies is hindering ones trip to Columbus.

If you're into Sausges, check out Schmidt's in German Village. You won't be disappointed (no homo)

My vote: Thurman's or Schmidt's for a big meal, and BuckeyeDonuts (on campus) for breakfast on gameday, with a sprinkle in of Canes and Flying Pizza.

Dear lord I need to do this.

Love their burgers!! That is going to be where my son and I will go next time we are in town.

Can't forget this place (my favorite!):

http://schmidthaus.com/

Was there Memorial Day weekend (was in C-bus for a cousin's wedding) and the fudge shop had Ghost Pepper fudge on sale. Good stuff.

I also regularly went to Barley's in the Short North area while living there years ago.

Thurman's was also chosen for the ESPN "Todd's Taste of the Town" segment two years ago when OSU hosted The U.

Seems the direct link no longer works but this gets to a working video link:

Another place that you will frequently hear mentioned during OSU broadcasts is the Easy Living Deli. This must be Brent Musburger's favorite place, because he's been name-dropping the joint on air for every OSU football game he does for at least the past fifteen years.

I just hope we can at the very least win the game where we only kick FG's and UAB scores a touchdown

We'll be fine. First, if any OSU kickers miss a FG, Urban will just walk out there and tell the ref he declares a mulligan and wants the other kicker to try, and then that kicker will be allowed to kick FGs over and over from 5 yards further out until he misses three in a row. I figure every time OSU lines up for FGs it's worth around 9 to 12 points. Practiced it all spring.

Too bad Urban didn't take a page from Charlie's playbook and practice the celebration. The Buckeyes won't know what to do when the attempt is successful..
