Wasnt sure where to comment on the USMNT U17 match so I guess this works. I saw the replay on Fox2 today and there is some skill coming up in the ranks which most people already realize. 5-0 win over Barbados and 10, Cruz Medina (16yo) had a hat trick. The thing I was most impressed with were set pieces and how they distributed in the air and on the ground. Crisp accurate passing and headers that were on point. There was one kid that is going to have some decent size to him hopefully but a lot of small guys out there. They gave up only 2 shots all day.

Was trying to watch the rings of 16 match but El Salvador and TnT are now in the 105th minute tours at 2. Penalties would be fun but I tuned in to watch our guys.

Holy shit right as I was typing that kid from El Salvador nails one from about 30 yards!!! Lol that's nuts

3 freaking US Braces: Figueroa, Acquino and Soto off the bench! Love their team play and how they share the ball. Defense is outstanding also

7-0 into the round of 8 over Dominican Republic. They are now 4-0 in this tournament with 16 goals for and 1 goal against! Seriously maybe the only sports bright spot for us around here. Maybe the mens tennis too and women's basketball with Jacy back.

Lol I ate a very quick dinner, come back at '20 and it's already 1-0. 5 minutes later guess who? Yup now it's 2-0 from Figs. He had 5 goals in 5 appearances, only 1 start.

Guatemala is showing their CONCACAF colors now. Red ass plays abs flopping everywhere! Lol pitiful

Edit:: wow this ref is not even hiding his boss either. Pffft. I hope we run it up

Harangi was having a terrible couple of minutes to start the second half. Then catches a rolling through ball perfectly from 10 yards outside the box!

3-2 now after an answer. Poop

Edit: Figueroa brace! That's 3 goals in 8 minutes of the 2nd half (3 total minutes :eek:). But Figs is down and getting subbed off. 4-2 dang. Tied for the Golden Boot lead now.

Crap I heard wrong on that last broadcast. We got Canada right now in the Semis.

Mexico pounded Panama 5-0.

I dont see Figueroa out there atm. Hopefully the injury isn't lingering

Good thing is a win gives us the perfect Final match!
