This Gold Cup roster isn’t bad by any means, but they are really struggling with anything other than a counter attacking approach. Adding Reyna, Pulisic, and McKennie gives you a much more creative midfield. This team just can’t string more than 3-4 passes together in tight spaces, and it’s beyond frustrating knowing how many opportunities they’ve had.

At about the 2’ mark, the commentator said neither team had trailed all tournament, so how would the team that went down a goal react…at the time I thought “if either team actually scores one” not thinking I was serious

15 more minutes. No matter what, I’ll say this team put in work. No doubt about that. Maybe haven’t shown the best technical skills this tournament but their intesity and workrate are there. Credit to Berhalter and the guys staying with it.

Seems like they get stronger as games go on. Good sign getting that American badass bite to return.
