I'm literally still trying to figure out how Brad Guzan is the goalkeeper for any national team, let alone the USMNT.

He's gotten benched his final two seasons in England and his side got relegated in back-to-back seasons. Good thing Atlanta can't get relegated.

Fighting for the chance to win the group. If the US boys don't come out and absolutely bury Nicaragua 3 or 4-0, they won't be winning this gold cup. They need to send a message today.

I think I'm most worried about Costa Rica. They are playing really well again, and it appears that they have most of their A-squad. I think they are going to be the biggest threat. Mexico will be tough, no doubt, but they are missing a lot of key players from their top squad (most importantly Oribe Peralta and Miguel Layun). Peralta has been the biggest thorn in US's side when they face off. The guy just knows how to score clutch goals.
