I'm not sure what my expectations were going into the World Cup after the draw, but I know that they are even lower now.

They do not look prepared at all. Going to just get carved to pieces.

Surprisingly, it's not the attack that worries me. It's actually looking decent.

But I am having nightmares of Ghana and Portugal taking advantage of an undisciplined and out-of-position Jermaine Jones.

Definitely a change from the familiar American style of organized defense and counter-attack.

I don't know why, but I keep thinking Johannsson should start over Jozy at striker (with Jozy's current form in 2014). It also doesn't seem like he (Jozy) has a workrate to track up front (in his current form).

But U.S.' chances in the Group Stage will probably be coming off of counters anyhow.

Best half I've seen from them in a long time. Still feel Donovan should be a part of it but it's not happening. Just have to get the ball to Altidore as much as possible and see what happens.

They did look good after settling in the first 10 minutes.
