I think it means he is a smaller guy who can play in space and catch the ball. Doesn't necessarily fit in every offense, but can excel in the spread. Fits in the Urban Meyer offense, the Chip Kelly offense, etc.

Seems like there are a lot of these types of RBs down in Texas (Lamichael James, Dontre Wilson, Lache Seastrunk, etc.) and the fact that they don't really fit in the Longhorns offense means there is a good chance they end up out of state.

Whoa whoa, not so fast. The longhorns are no longer the main attraction in texas for college football, that distinction belongs to texas a&m. And all of those space/spread players fit their system very well also. And the fact that they have the country's most dynamic player (I'm being unbiased here, he honestly is a lot further along than braxton in running and passing) in CFB helps them a lot, and he'll only be a RS soph, coming off of a heisman winning season
Kevin sumlin and his staff are every bit on top of recrecruiting as our staff and the fact they've brought in trey williams in 2012, laquvionte gonzalez in 2013, and shaun nixon in 2014 ( so far) shows they're doing some work on shifty kids to fit their spread scheme. Recruiting in texas is going to be even more difficult now that you have a focused coach and staff that now play in the strongest conference in football as well

Does carter still put out top flight talent every year? I didn't think they did. I thought skyline ruled thw city of dallas and then the suburban schools were the powers (allen, desoto, denton, etc). This is the best kid from carter in a few years I believe. I could be wrong though
