Wholeheartedly agree with Arrested Development. Everytime you re-watch an episode, it gets even funnier.
Props to News Radio, also. A part of all comedy died with Phil Hartman.
I am surprised no one mentioned Chapelle's Show. That's the show I remember every where you went, people were talking about. Only two seasons, and it was getting stronger. I liked how Dave pushed the envelope and actually had something to say. The skit with the blind white supremacist who didn't know he was black was a classic. And that was on the first episode!
Honorable mention goes to Warner Bros. cartoons. Everything I know, i learned from Bugs Bunny. (Sad, but true.)

Is it a bad thing that outside of The Sopranos and a few others, I haven't watched one minute of shows like Arrest Development or ED or any of the CSI's??

The story arc was only intended to run for 5 years. The 5th season was aired on TNT, although for my money they should have stopped at 4.

I wished they would bring back Viva Laughlin. From the clips I've seen, it might be the worst show to EVER be aired. See for yourself, it is THAT bad.
