Turn your clocks this weekend...(Daylight Saving)

Daylight Savings time starts early this year.

Set your clocks FORWARD 1 hour late tonight. I think the official jump is between 2 am and 3 am.

I don't understand the hubbub. I mean, I have a pretty good idea when my meetings are anyway, but DST doesn't mean that my 10:00 meeting I put in outlook is going to now be at 11. I'll just do something that apparently no one is able to do (relying on Outlook "reminder" pop-ups insead) and look at my friggin calendar.

But, again, maybe I just dont understand the big deal. (I suppose if my outlook scheduling wasn't static.... maybe that's it. I have no idea if when I schedule something if it's static or not.) Anyone know?

I see your point, but we use lotus notes for so many things and our department is 1500 strong. Someone's going to fuck it up.

Some of us have so many meetings that getting confused is very easy. I definitely rely on my calender popups because I'll get so involved in what I'm doing I'll completely forget until I am reminded. That hour glitch is very bad.

Sounds productive....did anyone have a meeting on how to ensure all the meetings aren't disrupted by daylight savings time?
How does DST affect the TPS reports?

I'll be gradually phasing in daylight savings time over the next week to ten days.
