Please remember that the freshmen that come in 100% fresh at this point in the game are going against worn out opponents. When they make plays it doesn’t mean that you are suddenly more qualified than the staff to know who should start.

The staff clearly can’t teach, but they probably know their personnel better than you do

I kinda did. He's young enough that last week probably didn't feel so great even though he was 2 or 3 drops away from 500+ yards and 6 TDs.

It takes time, and since this isn't a read-option offense like what Barrett walked into in 2014, the passing reads take a lot longer to learn and feel comfortable with, which means I kinda agree with you about the 3-3-5 messing with him a bit.

Add it all up and you have an off day.
