The DFBIA blaming Pep for their dinosaur offense really don't understand what a controlling freakshow they have running things. That offense is all Harbrau. Whether he lets this Gattis dude run things his way remains to be seen; but if he does, it'll be the first time.

They have been at this a long time. Assistant coaches, QB's, strength coaches etc etc etc.

They are always just one thing away from getting back to a level of glory that no living human can actually remember.

I like the part about not singing the fight song aloud during RugbyBuck's as it also implies a snicker, tee hee moment over the wives. But I have to take exception at being restrained during a game. If the wife gets too vocal in trying to restrain my enthusiasm I tell her be quiet or leave the room, (the 3rd happenstance is an automatic ejection). When my wife watches the game with me, which she normally does, and gets involved in answering the phone I make her leave the room.
When it gets to "getting along" during a game it's my way or the highway.
Sadly you get 10 demerits for allowing spousal interference. These demerits are non transferable.
I should tell you at other times I do submit to letting her think she's in charge. And one good thing to do is, about every three months I caress the top of her head (pat), tell her I love her, and that she's doing a great job. This usually is good for another 3 months of her feeling good. (This a good practice with your dog, cat, or other pet.
Spoken like a man whose wife does not have a scalpel and training in how to use it. :)

DFBIA reacts to Fields being ruled eligible

Shut the fuck up, why are you glad he's eligible? So we can get our teeth kicked in even harder? Spare me with the "I want to beat them at full strength" line, because we haven't beaten them in 7 years, so I'd just like to actually beat them. I genuinely want them to have to start a walk on at QB.

Said this in the /r/CFB thread but I’ll say it here too:

The NCAA continues to demonstrate how much of a fucking joke of an institution it is.

You gotta be fucking kidding me.

It's crap. Everyone knows it's crap. Everyone knows that everyone knows it's crap. But the NCAA is to chicken-sh** to call it out.

Lol what a joke. The NCAA has no backbone. Apparently UGA is too negative of an atmosphere for him, but it's fine for Fields' sister? Seems legit.

The only hardship Fields faced at UGA was Jake Fromm

You knew this would happen. Just shows you how fast you can speed the process up when payoffs are involved. Shea didn't have the perfect case ... and it took months. NCAA is a joke and it's well documented.

Are you fucking kidding me? He had no basis for immediate eligibility. Like many others have stated, this opens it up for anyone in the future to be granted immediate eligibility whenever they want it.

Nevermind they had no problem with Shea Patterson's pretty flimsy eligibility waiver being granted.

Pep Hamilton reportedly the odd man out on Michigan staff

gettyimages-89615412-e1549405449376.jpg

Eleven men. Ten spots. Someone had to go.

Jim Harbaugh re-tooled his offensive staff from 2018 to 2019 by bringing in Josh Gattis as offensive coordinator — Michigan didn’t have one of those a year ago — and promoting Ben McDaniels (brother of Josh) from an offensive analyst role to the full-time, on-the-field staff. McDaniels’ role was not specified at the time of his late December promotion but now, on the eve of Signing Day, it’s clear what he’ll coach: quarterbacks.

And that means Pep Hamilton is out.

Hamilton will not return to the staff, according to multiple reports on Tuesday. Sam Webb of The Michigan Insider first reported the news.

So ya need a qb coach and you go to the Bears... Hmmmmmm.
