Ok, Ohio State now has the best all-time winning percentage, and will still have it after the season as long as either Bama beats them in the bowl or tOSU wins the playoff.
Overall B1G Conference titles is now 42 for TTUN and tOSU has 38 (plus a shared tattoo-title in 2010), so that is within reach during the 2020s.
The overall win total is now 962 for TTUN and 924 (plus 12 from 2010), so that will take a little longer, but I should live to see it.
Head-to-head is now 58-52-6, a margin that has shrunk from 21 to 6 since the start of the Tressel era in 2001.
Who's got it better than them? Ohio State surely does.
By my count this is +42 since the start of the Tressel era? 2.21 per year puts us just over 17 seasons out.The overall win total is now 962 for TTUN and 924 (plus 12 from 2010), so that will take a little longer, but I should live to see it.
3 months ago this was their season to win the B1G and make the playoff. They probably won't want to be there either. The only question I have about this one is whether or not Bama will want to be there. My gut tells me they won't. Bama should just be able to out talent these jokers. Especially if we get a couple Karen Higdon like moves from the "Beacon of integrity"
I suppose Bama should have been able to simply out talent Utah in 2009 ... but.. Utah wanted to be in the Sugar. I don't know that scUM's going to bring that sort of emotion to this one. In fact, I am all but 100% sure they won't.

Wouldn't.They may not want to be there, but MeteLLLLus would be able to cover Jeudy, Wadley, or Smith even if they were dead, so their interest level shouldn’t affect the game too much!
Wouldn't.
Don't forget about Ruggs, who can run by anybody they put on him. As long as at least 3 of those top-4 Bama receivers decide to play, Don Brown's defense is in real trouble. I could see Jeudy sitting out, hopefully he's the only one. They may not want to be there, but MeteLLLLus would be able to cover Jeudy, Wadley, or Smith even if they were dead, so their interest level shouldn’t affect the game too much!

The NCAA does not award (and never has awarded) national championships for FBS football, so each school can claim as many national championships as it wants. In four short years (2023) the last of the Yost national championships hits 100 years old. That will be 6 of their 10 1/2 claimed NC's over the century mark.
1932, 1933, 1947 & 1948 aren't getting any younger.
this one?Bama friend of mine was telling me there are rumors of wide receivers choosing to sit this one out.
