List A:
Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan State, Iowa, Nebraska, Northwestern, and Wisconsin

List B:
Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, Maryland, Rutgers, and Illinois.

Minnesota may be moving from List B to List A this season.

1. Any guesses as to the criterion for which teams are on which list?
2. Any guesses as to which list M*ch*gan belongs on?

(I don't really need answers to those questions - we all know the answers. But I like asking that second question because the answer makes me laugh.)

Swap Sparty and Northwestern for Minnesota and Indiana.

What world are we living in? IU is ranked for the first time since 1994.

Just sayin': It should be....

List B: Iowa, Northwestern, Nebraska
List C: Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, Maryland, Rutgers, Illinois, and Michigan.

Re: Basically: from Rich Rod to Hoke to Harbaugh, the one constant that Michigan has had is that they are inconsistent at best and garbage on average at offensive football.

Michigan plays Sparty next. They'll win, and feel pretty good about it. Indiana will be next, and they'll probably pull that one off too. And then Ohio State will show them that they're never, ever leaving the bardo unless they come up with an offensive plan more interesting than "Tom Brady's Unathletic Third Cousin Who Plays Lacrosse."

I have some hope for Sparty to man up one last time under Dantonio, but not much.

I can very easily see them sleep walking into an Indiana grinder, basking in little brother rhetoric, looking ahead, and arrogantly sure that they're 'hitting their stride'.
Especially if Penix misses PSU and rebounds for the final home game.

Michigan to reinstate RB Chris Evans for 2020 season

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh announced Monday that Wolverines running back Chris Evans will be reinstated to the school for the winter term, and he will be eligible to participate with the football team in January.

In February, a Michigan spokesperson confirmed to ESPN that Evans was not a member of the football team, but did not add any context as to why. Evans eventually tweeted that he was dealing some academic issues, but that he had no plans of leaving Michigan.

Evans rushed for more than 600 yards in 2016 and 2017 and was the team's second-leading rusher with 423 yards and four touchdowns in 2018. He would have been the leading returning rusher on this 2019 team, but he has not participated in team activities since at least February.

Having played three seasons already, Evans will have one season of eligibility remaining in 2020. He will rejoin the team alongside true freshman back Zach Charbonnet, who has run for 570 yards and 11 touchdowns through nine games, as well as sophomore Hassan Haskins, who has 430 yards and two touchdowns on the season, and Christian Turner.

The irony of making this announcement and then not getting into a New Year’s Day bowl game?

List B: Iowa, Northwestern, Nebraska
List C: Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, Maryland, Rutgers, Illinois, and Michigan.

You can make any lists you want. But I'm going to laugh every time I think about the fact that Minnesota has a better shot of moving up from one list to the next than M*ch*gan does.

I want to see the day when the lists look like this:
List A: Ohio State (100)
List B: Wisconsin (2), Michigan State (2), Penn State (1)
List C: Iowa, Northwestern, Nebraska, Minnesota, Purdue, Illinois
List D: Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, M*ch*gan
