Ole Miss is a very QB friendly system. scUM is not so much

Patterson's backup stepped in and out performed him down the stretch last year. That should be a giant flag in it's own right.

The most common excuse from scUM fans is "WELL WHAT WEAPONS DID HE HAVE AT OLE MISS"

Answer would be that Ole Miss has one of the best WR corps in the nation entering this season. Including AJ Brown who may be considered the best in the country by some.....

"What weapons does scUM have" would be a much better question. Their leading returning receiver is friggin Grant Perry who had 307 yards and 1 TD. Along with a crappy oline to boot.

I don’t want this to get overlooked. A lot of media folk are going out on a limb and predicting big things for Michigan this year. I think, even more importantly, someone should point out that Jim McElwain and Ed Warinner are probably going to be in charge of the offense.

Fucking Jim McElwaine and Ed Warinner.

Yet some people look at that and go “damn, look out everyone.”

No fucking way.

McElwain did perform some kind of miracle with Higgins and Grayson at CSU ... he and Warinner are both solid at their roles and have both won an NC in their current roles, even if theyre on the rebound now.

I dont know that theyll light the world on fire, but it'd be easy to dog Wilson's time as a HC too.

I see at least four losses here (in red) and maybe six losses (counting the orange). Hell, even Northwestern might beat them...
