The Michigan fanbase has become unhinged (imagine that, with Captain Unhinged at the helm). I got into reddit wars with them over this hit and the OKorn flop. The Speight hit was at worst a touch late, but definitely not dirty or malicious. The OKorn thing is just bewildering to me. I mean....it's clear as day that he flopped as a delayed reaction to the MSU guy who gave him a little forearm shove while he was down. This breaks down one of the main differences between scUM and OSU programs. TTUN play for overall wins OSU is playing for NCs(aka Banners). ScUM plays an overrated UF that hasnt been relevant since Meyer left, and OSU plays an annual power in OU...
