He wants to play corner he was probably gonna end up as the 3rd corner. They were going to play him only in the Nickle package.He never seemed to get back to regular after he tore his ACL against Bama. What is really lost with Blake is experience, a lot of experience getting torched. Least he got his degree best of luck to him. In the past few years kids that have left have moved on to get drafted lol.

The difference was he had the closing speed before the ACL injury to make up for getting burned. I remember a couple of passes he broke up because he recovered and got back. Yes, there were some poor throws by Braxton that probably would have altered the lone win, but pre-ACL, Countess could make up for it. Post ACL, he just didn't have the burst or speed he did as a freshman.


I hope it works out for him. Most importantly, he got his degree.
