Nolen’s dad did the exact same thing walking things back after it was announced he was shutting things down earlier this year.
The game they’re playing is so blatant.
We’re seriously close to making a decision. But don’t worry, everyone still has a chance!
It’s still funny that DFBIA can’t wrap their brains around this game and whether or not they have a shot. Are you rolling in the mud with the SEC? Or are you morally superior?

And if they were to land Nolen
, so what? Rashan Gary was one of the highest rated recruits of the past 20 years and he was largely invisible for 3 years and was "developed" into a mid-1st round pick who is an NFL backup. The #1 player in his class, rated a perfect 1.000 (that doesn't happen often) and he left after 3 years with minimal impact and no major recognition/awards. A guy rated like that should be a havoc machine in college and a top-5 NFL pick, particularly on the DL.

I think Webb takes advantage of the fact that very few players or parents will openly trash any school, so when he asks (Colbert Report style) whether Michigan is a great school or the greatest school, he uses them nodding along that “yeah, Michigan is great” as proof that, although they didn’t win, or even make the top three, they made an impression and were in the race!

Nah....they already got their no when Nolen announced his top 3. This would be like the wife saying no for you....and then you bringing up how maybe if they're good they can get one later. Except you still never intend on getting one.
Although that's still a bad example because your kids still have the ability to be good. Michigan doesn't.

Wherever he goes, Nolen should seriously consider staying away from the the jersey number 0.
