I don’t worry about scUM. They are an also ran program. PSU is more of a threat.

Down this path, complacency lies.

Keep the foot on the neck until they quit the [blanking] sport.

EDITED for recruiting forum. I knew that wouldn't take long.

They also apparently threw out offers to two more RBs:

I think poaching Rutgers commitments is the missing piece for them.

Also, three rando RB offers in the last few days, they must be feeling pretty good about Donovan Edwards.

From MGoBlog:

This quarantine needs to end so that Jim stops offering all these random nobodies based off a tough play they made in their highlight tapes

It was the decade we would all like to forget when it comes to football as a Buckeye fan.

The 90s? Yeah, it was basically a .500 decade and the Buckeyes didn't score in the only version of The Game.

Oh, you meant the 1990s.? Yeah, those could've been better, too.

https://mgoblog.com/content/hello-raheem-anderson

These quotes crack me up. Excuse me while I put my biased sarcastic slant on everything.

“The Team, The Team, The Team, basically, family, everything like that, the ability of the coaches, that’s like my No.2 thing as far as where I’m looking,” he said. “First is academics, second is the stability of the coaches. So , yeah I just look at that.”
Yes, the coaches at UM aren’t good enough to get jobs at other schools. They’re locked in, baby!

Question 2 would be "What stood out?", and Raheem's answer is the one we're reading in class:

“The fact that (Michigan) didn’t show mercy,” Anderson simply stated
"It was just pure domination by those Maize and Blue guys,” Anderson told The Michigan Insider. “Loved it.”
Not showing mercy and pure domination against a (at the time) 4-5 MSU squad on a four game losing streak. Who wouldn’t be blown away?

Oddly for an in-state four star, there was some question along the way if Michigan valued him as much. That apparently got cleared up recently, via Rivals' EJ Holland($):

Anderson's commitment came after he got the green light from Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh. The two had a video chat on Thursday. It was then that Harbaugh made it clear that Anderson was a wanted man and a guy the staff was going to press for the remainder of the cycle. It didn't take long for Anderson to make a decision. He silently committed over the weekend before making it public.
The #7 player in their state from a pipeline school wasn’t sure he was a priority in the class until a recent phone call. Just an amazing recruiting operation ol’ Jimbo is running up there.
