This is another case of them confusing a needle in a haystack (Ojabo) with being a trend.
Then again. Ojabo was a 4* in his class. None of the recruiting sites have even paid much attention to either of these 2 "BIG POTENTIAL!" Foreigners.
Ojabo also spent his whole HS career in the USA. Not the case for either of these 2 guys.
It also took Ojabo 3 seasons to finally "break out". If you are banking on a handful of players from the haystack breaking out every 3/4 years for success.....that's not a good plan.
