ttun News (2016 version)

Everyone knows that my pronoun is dbb, but shifting the focus back to TSUN...

Clearly one can't assume the proper pronoun for someone based on their sexuality, but when you don't know their preference it can provide, statistically speaking, a good first guess.

Does anyone know what the commonly-preferred-pronoun among plungerphiles might be?

BWI (pronounced Bwee)

The pronoun committee is a sub-comittee of the nomenclature sub-committee

It really sounds like more of a Task Force or Working Group to me: you'd think a group so concerned with designations would be more accurate.

Also, in case anyone wants to put this into more context, here are the committee members, whose names & roles make zem quite ripe for caricature:

This process has been developed over the past year by a Pronoun Committee. Members of that committee include: Carrie Shumaker, ITS Student Administration; Janice Lewis-Boyd, UM-Dearborn registrar; Jacob Lederman, UM-Flint assistant professor of sociology; Lisa Emery, Office of the Registrar; Robin Queen, professor of linguistics; Scott Berkley, chair of the Admissions Systems Production Team; Trey Williams, assistant vice provost; Will Sherry, director of the Spectrum Center; Mariah Zeisberg, professor of political science, Patricia Petrowski, Office of the General Counsel; and Catherine Pinkerton, Office of the General Counsel.
