ttun basketball (Juwan out, Dusty May in)

It's all due to parity in college basketball, nothing else. Western Illinois is a good team, or has some good players on their team, because there are so many good players spread out around the country.

I mean, Western Illinois was projected to finish 8th or 9th in the Summit League (depending on what source you look at). And the Summit League was rated (preseason rating) as the 18th best conference in the country (by a site whose initials I won't mention, nor supply a link to said site).

Sounds a lot like parity to me.

I'm glad you understand.......Thanks for being in my corner

they win by 12

Memphis out Beilien's them and goes 4-22 from 3 for the game.

The chucking Beilieners went 6 for 20 to keep the season average as close to the 30% mark as possible. Only difference is today the 3 wasn't half their offense, it was only about 40%.

Que the final four talk.

I don't know how much to read into that win. After all, Memphis barely made the NCAA tourney last year (if they didn't barely win the auto bid from CUSA, maybe they wouldn't have). UM under Beilein has typically been the type of team that can put together a great game or two but can't sustain it for 3 or so games before having a stinker.

Same here. I think they have a potentially great backcourt, but the frontcourt looks very mediocre. That should seriously hurt them in BIG play.

Wow one game, lol. Let's see how he plays the rest of the year. I guess Memphis sucks also. This team can compete with almost anyone, they will get beat by the better teams, OSU, Duke, and NC of college basketball. They will lose to teams less talented too, they are just a good team, not great.

They are getting better every year, I really like Burke.
