An astute college coach can find a way to replace losing 3 bigs at once by getting a top shelf recruit, but Beilein failed miserably with that task. You have an immediate starting spot to offer any top big in the class, and you can't get anybody better than Ricky Doyle? Bad job there.

Thad wins 20+ a year like clock work and has sent 5 times the amount of guys to the NBA. Like you said, good coaches find a way.

Bad defense and poor 3 point shooting in volume have been a staple of Beileins approach since WVU.

He had two good years, it's not like he changed his stripes.

What's funny is that prior to this season, Michigan fans talked about Beilein like he was John [censored] Wooden. Evidently, the dumbest fan base in America likes basketball as well as football. :lol:
