It would appear Beilein was simply not ready to lose all these guys to the NBA. There just isn't as much talent on this team as there's been in the last couple years. Oh well.......Maybe I'll start following hockey or some shit.

Bad defense and poor 3 point shooting in volume have been a staple of Beileins approach since WVU.
He had two good years, it's not like he changed his stripes.

An astute college coach can find a way to replace losing 3 bigs at once by getting a top shelf recruit, but Beilein failed miserably with that task. You have an immediate starting spot to offer any top big in the class, and you can't get anybody better than Ricky Doyle? Bad job there.
