I didn't watch the game, obviously. But did anyone else do anything of note?

I don't see how if one man is the entire offense how you could feel GOOD about your team.

No. Special teams sucked, missed 2 fgs. Had so many penalties that killed us on several drives. I think 100 yards worth of penalties. Defense sucked giving up over 500 yards of total offense. 3-16 on 3rd down conversions. Punting wasn't great. We still won.

Look all I want is a bowl game. I know we will probably lose against the top teams in the big ten. I'm sure Ohio St. will contain Drob and kill us because he is the only great player we have. Ohio St. has better players, overall talent, and coaches. Duh they are going to win. I'm not down, just being realistic here. If we had more great players around him it might be a different story. It is what it is.

I thought we would start the season 0-2 or 1-1. We are 2-0 and that's why I'm happy and nobody is going to piss on my parade today.

If I were a Michigan fan I'd want Rodriguez out of there no matter what. Then again, I'm not. Good luck the rest of the season.

You cannot argue that when pollsters see the 500+ yards of offense that they are going to be slightly turned on by it. I do agree it's the second game of the season, and there is no reason to anoint anyone King just yet. Especially considering Michigans start last year, I wouldn't even consider it a possibility.

Robert Smith was a good football play and was a great Buckeye, but his statements sometimes seem Mark Mayesque.

I actually thought the D played "okay", granted they did give up a whole bunch of yards they still held ND under 30 and forced 3 turnovers. The safties are the main area for concern specifically Cam Gordon, but hey a win is a win.

Yeah, but how much of that "decent play" was against their scrub backup quarterbacks? If Crist plays that whole game, the domers win...probably by two scores.

Yes I know our defense will give up yards but winning the turnover margin 3-0 is huge. Robinson threw 40 passes and didn't throw an int. I can't stress how proud I am of him. The defense will give up a lot of yards this year. If they can force turnovers and maybe get in games where the margin is +2,+3, it will be huge for us. Turnover margin has killed us the past 2 years. Michigan has 0 turnovers the first two games. Got lucky with a few fumbles that bounced our way, but the past several years we weren't catching those breaks so it's nice to see.

Maybe. Michigan was also shooting themselves in the foot. Michigan had 100 yards worth of penalties and we don't have a fg kicker worth a damn. Denard faced way too many 2nd/3rd and longs. When it was 3rd and 4-5, several times they ran bubble screens..........why!?!?! I guess they can use that excuse that they didn't have Crist for the whole game. Well it was 24-21 ND and they didn't stop Michigan. Excuses or not, it's a win and I'll take it.

Your probably right, but Crist was also throwing some ducks today. For every good throw he made he would follow it up with 2 terrible throws.

You have to also take into account that one of their td's should have been a touchback.
