This will be unpopular... but I would be ok with Ed and Timmy moving on this offseason...

The former is a proven commodity who has had substantial success at multiple stops and has been an amazing OL coach every year that he has focused solely on that while at OSU. I hope he stays for another decade as the OL coach only. The latter doesn't have that track record of success elsewhere or at OSU and should be cut loose.

Fine. MAYBE they are top 25 without Cook. I'll counter that backup QB or no, when weather helps lessen their biggest weakness (and also the impact that Cook would have had) that yes this still is a top 10 team.

Semantics aside, I still find you're opinion that this Sparty team was a team we should NEVER lose to a little hyperbolic.

Let me put it this way. That team WITH conner cook, I'd say osu should have beaten them 7/10 times when playing at home. Without Connor cook, who was their ENTIRE offense all season, should not beat osu on the road. They had zero running game and an average at best defense. You are thinking this is an msu as good as they have been in the past couple years. They are not nearly as good on defense or the run as years past.

I do, in the sense that he's out of his lane. What would the reaction on this board be if Sakmehard started calling out his coaches publicly? There are ways to say you feel like you could have done more without doing it like that.

Rutgers has a garbage defense, that's what happened. Cardale put up similar stats than JT did a couple of weeks before against an equally bad Maryland defense.

Going to have to disagree. Can't have players calling out coaches in the pressers. Means someone on the staff has lost respect. If the players dont respect the coaches, well..

Don't understand how a perfectionist like Meyer just lets that slide throughout the game. Mind Blowing. One thing if Dantonio beats you but that shit wouldn't cut it in the MAC. I wonder if somethings very wrong.

I've been as fierce a critic of that element as there has been. It was a problem tonight. It wasn't the only problem, but it was the leading one. I'm not sure how anybody can deny or rationalize that.

I will never understand using a back like him with those God-awful slow developing draws

So I know if it was up to this forum that Beck would probably have been gone 5 games ago but what does everyone think the odds are he will be replaced when the season ends in reality?

Urban said he was not content with the play calling post game but tried to deflect it from Beck a bit, but I'd give 10 to 1 odds that Beck will not be back. Urban seems to be frustrated also in these postgames about play calling also.

Didn't I hear someone say that ULM stated that they had a pretty good week of practice?

To be clear, when I said Elliott should be careful about what he says in public it wasn't because I think he doesn't have the right to do it, it's because he doesn't deserve to have everything he's accomplished overshadowed by clowns on the internet calling him a "fucking baby" and giving him the "shut up and stick to sports" treatment.

That backfield empty, 5 wide, QB run might be the worst play in the OSU playbook. I honestly don't remember it being successful.

Literally the ONLY game it worked was last year against MSU, when we had a phenomenal OL and an JT was airing it out so the MSU defense couldn't crowd the LOS.

Today, it had no chance at all.
