The best part of a loss is that you can step back, analyze your team without the tinted glasses, and finally make the changes that are needed.

Dantonio has no where near the talent we do, but shows instead what proper coaching can do for a team.
If we were to trade rosters, Dantonio would dominate college football for the next decade.

What we need to do is take a good, long, hard look at our coaching staff - how has each unit performed relative to their recruiting pool and talent? Tough decisions might have to be made, but it'll be better for the team in the long run.

Oddly I am relieved... We've been playing emotionless football now since after va tech. Someone stated they're worried because we lose all these players.... that's what's going to get us back on top.

Those players have never won a championship aND those players have not felt success. The talent is there and now the motivation will be as well.

This is without doubt the worse offense I have ever witnessed. Tressel wise or Urban wise... play calling was just so disappointing

Couldn't agree more. No fire. Almost like they just expected to win. This team has smelled "off" all season. We'll see what they're made of next week.

I don't think it is unfair to be pissed about this loss. If we had lost in a all out slugfest it would not sting as much. What makes this so frustrating is that this team has so much more talent and potential and hasn't lived up to it. This team should have been able to win this game and probably without much drama if they played like we know they are capable of.
