That's the story but in name they are both still "Co-OC". And I doubt they are paying Warinner OC money just to coach the OL

Playcalling is just one aspect of an OC. Lots of other things too. Practice, coaching, playbook, game plan, adjustments, on field coaching, etc. They want play calling from the booth. They want Warinner on the field, so the split naturally happened.
