No kidding. There was just a run in the LSU-Bama game where Fournette lowered his head and drive the crown right into the Bama DB's helemt who went low to try to tackle him. Not targeting.

Yep, it's really unfairly enforced against defensive players. The targeting rule and the "catch as you go to the ground rule" really need to be looked at hard this offseason. They are both very inconsistently called and at times make zero sense.
