Pounding out aggression, turns into obsession
I sat in C-deck yesterday. I got hear the Victory Bell ring and I got to sing Carmen Ohio at the end of the game with a smile on my face. I'm disappointed that in order to get to that point I had to put up with 3-1/2 hours of being among people who did more complaining than cheering.
Not gonna catch up on this thread or any of the others. I started enjoying this season more when I took a cue from Coach Meyer and stopped giving a fuck what any of you think.
It's not personal. Well, it is with some of you, LOL.

Although I obviously agree that the W-L record is the most important stat, I get frustrated with these types of posts.
1. I'll point out the glaring issue with this particular one... if you truly didn't give a fuck, then why are you reading and why bother responding? Doesn't take a cowboy to smell the bullshit on that comment.
2. Weaknesses in games that end up as wins DO end up biting teams. We've seen it in Buckeye teams. How many of you felt confident that we'd shut down Sammy Watkins after watching a hapless Michigan team hang 41 on this defense? Not me.
2. Part of the FUN of football season is the 6 days between games when crazy fans with nothing better to occupy their time (other than a boring dead-end job, three high-maintenance kids, and an over-the-hill wife with low energy issues) is to analyze and critique the play of their favorite football team. It's part of the JOB as a die-hard fan. Haven't you people read your job description???
