We are in a legitimately great spot to land all of these players. Do I expect it? No. But if we decide to go nuclear with NIL this class will be next level insane.

And in the back of my mind, I tumble around and wonder if NIL $ might be better spent on some transfers....guess that's way above my pay grade however.

At certain positions, definitely. But you need some young talent as well to develop.

OL

Imo, you pay as much as you can in the Portal for: OL, QB, DL. You pay for in the Portal but you don’t over pay for: RB, WE, TE and DB.

Name to watch, Grant McMullen OL (Newark). I know he visited for a game already and tOSU was at school Friday talking to him for 45mins as well as attending their game Friday night. Kid is a legit 6'6 300+ already as a JR. Has a karate background (blackbelt) and has played multiple other sports. Has a visit at Penn State next week after one to BGSU last weekend.

Per 11w poster:

Adam Gorney said Ohio State has gone quiet on Brandon Nash and he has now shifted his focus to other schools. Also says he believes Georgia is leading for Gaige Weddle.

Those are probably very good signs for Ohio State in regards to Casey Barner and Jalen Flowers.
