Any organization built upon one person is doomed to failure. tOSU football team is made up of individuals, some who are great, others that merely carry the water. Recollect at one company, one could not be promoted without having trained one's replacement. That's why there are assistant position coaches. Seems that is Ohio State's proclivity, to promote from within (which makes them a great organization to belong to), and might happen now. Or bring in a young superstar in the making, or someone at the top of their game right now. In any event, this should give us an indication of how long Ryan Day continues to lead the team, going for the easy hire, or the more difficult one. Regardless, the juggernaut that is Ohio State will go rolling along. The coaching staff is composed of some really great teachers, as well as great coaches.
