Counting down Top 7 Ohio State 2024 offensive targets
NO. 7: TE BRADY PRIESKORN, ROCHESTER, MICH./ADAMS
The consensus in the recruiting industry is Michigan is a heavy favorite for Prieskorn, with two 247Sports Crystal Ball projections being cast in favor of the Wolverines.
Now everyone can relax(I know it won't happen). But this is the sentiment that many of us have been saying. scUM is landing primarily players who weren't offered by OSU. Marshall stings, and he soon could be replaced with equal talent and a better scheme fit. But in the OSU system, Marc Nave fits better than Ben Roebuck, Ian Moore fits better than Luke Hamilton, and scUM isn't in on ANY WRs that OSU covets. Davis can be their '24 QB, but we all have seen what Hairball does with QBs. He beat OSU with coverage calls and missed tackles, but they in no way had superior talent. I know, an L is an L, but McCarthy doesn't look like an NFL QB, he resembles an XFL one. If that's the offense Davis wants to run, then have at it, I'm sure he will eventually get frusterated handing the ball off to MarshallIt’s true: Michigan has done a phenomenal job landing some of its targets in the state of Ohio.
But it’s also true that many of those players were not offered by Ohio State, so while Marshall was a win for the Wolverines over the Buckeyes there is still a lot of meat on the bone for Ohio State to win in the state.
Five of the top six players in Ohio remain uncommitted. Some are leaning to Ohio State, and others down the list are likely to end up in Columbus as well.
In this case, two things can be true at the same time: Michigan is doing well in Ohio. And Ohio State is not being beaten by the Wolverines for its top targets – except for Marshall in this case.
The Buckeyes now turn their focus on landing four-star running back

Agreed. Really pleased with the direction of this class early onJust realized the current '24 class is 80% Ohio kids and also 80% OL. I don't believe that is an accident. Obviously the composition will change but it seems like the staff knew what the priorities are and have executed well early on.

Kyle KaLLLLis"Hairball" seems to mine the portal pretty well. What he is doing flies in the opposite direction of what Day & co are doing. He's picking up many a player, all now proven and pretty good, and letting his current players twist in the wind. Maybe that's why so many are xferring? Roebuck could be the next (forgot his name - from Cleveland way) that commited to tOSU, decommited, and then bashed tOSU every chance he could from Ann Arbor (that slut). And went 0-4 for his career. Believe I'm not the first to say that tOSU needs this win over Xichigan this year, but let me add my thoughts anyway. Go Bucks! PS, like Josh Pate, and he's predicting 'serious talks' at tOSU if it goes three in a row.
