Why would you make that assumption?

White is legit at WR. And I think just 1 more WR is fine. Just continue to fill in with next cycle.

I think he could do a great job at either position, but his mobility is very rare for a LB. The fact that Jerry Emig, when asked about White last week, said his position is still "athlete" makes me think WR may not be his last stop. He was the same way about Sam Hubbard and we saw how that ended up. That said, I think he'll be a starter and a very good player regardless of whether he plays on offense or defense.

I keep seeing Danny Davis name come up over on 11W. Just reading about his measurables and the fact that he is an Ohio 4* I'm kind of curious as to the apparent lack of interest with the other offers for WR going out. I know we originally were looking at him for a DB. Any additional insight from the BPRT?

Thought I remember reading there were questions of if he really loved football.

Not BPRT, but I can tell you he played more RB and SB for his team than WR. Average speed and quickness with below average ball skills for a WR prospect. He refused to camp at DB at the staff's request and has the reputation of being disinterested in football. Hard pass.

I thought Jigg Richardson may get another look, but he just didn't get that much better from sophomore year through his senior year. He's a good jump ball guy, but he doesn't seem to have the speed or quickness to play WR here, and we're full at TE. Doesn't look like another Ohio WR will get a look this year.
