We had 1 TO so I agree with 1 more play but it'd better be a 1 read play. That play was dead no matter what.

Having CJ drop back and read the play guaranteed it was either a touchdown or the end of the half.

This is now 3 games this year were Day can't find the endzone in the first half. This is what we do vs good teams.

We come out, shit the bed and play scared. Then the second half we go for 4x touchdown drives.

The formations and the calls have been horse shit all game.

Personally I'd like to see what happens if we spread the field and run the ball. Tight ends and full backs invite pressure and bodies in the box.

Spread the field and force them to defend both.

This game reminds me of 2005.

I agree the formations have been shit. I also agree about spreading them out and running the ball. I disagree that’s it’s all on day. Stroud has to know 1on1 with Marv throw him the damn ball. 6 seconds left. Know the situation. They have not stopped us passing the ball. They damn sure haven’t stopped us over the middle and with 18. Day and stroud need to both come together and figure that out.

For me, if you're getting to the end of the play clock, we're not in the tempo/rhythm we want. I don't think he's going to give up play calling, so, maybe the answer is get your guys in a place where they can succeed and hit the accelerator. Letting them (penn st D) attack isn't working anyway
