How does a report about how Ohio State is looking ahead fit in with your timetable? It's a couple days ahead, but I'd say it fits nicely with your Thursday/Friday.

This would make things very interesting.

They'll probably even have a scripted first drive that gets them at least a field goal, where they'll decide they're the better team.

Then JT takes the field, and EzE breaks off a couple 10 yard rushes (obvious holds that the refs ignore), and Heuerman scores from 15+ out and the rout will be on.

... and by the end of the half, BWI will be a treasure trove of comments blaming Witvoet, Delany, Emmert, and the BoT for the fact the football team sucks. Halfway through the 4th quarter there will be 15 different threads about how Urban is a cheater, how Urban is classless and running up the score, and how Larry Johnson is a traitor.

This will be Barrett's first true road test in front of 110,000 in a sea of white.

The last time I remember a true freshman starting for an opponent at the White House was VS Notre Dame back in 2007. I remember Jimmy Clausen being thrown around like a rag doll... We won 31-10.

How have other Freshman QB's fared at the Beav in front of a sea of white, or at night? The teams that come to Beaver Stadium and beat us at night are teams with good quarterback play, teams that don't make mistakes. If we can get a rush on Barrett I think we've got a shot.

God only knows where BWI will be by the 4th quarter, but judging from the goat roping that was the 4th quarter with Michigan their O - line won't be able to hold off any kind of pass rush past "one Mississippi."

The weasels couldn't either which made it all the more interesting.

Over/under on the number of replies it takes to get something like, "Has JT Barrett ever stayed up past 8:30? 34-30 Penn State!!! WE ARE!!!"

Except that it will be. Rutgers=PSU and we all saw how that played out. Literally RU should have won that game when the two played.

The one difference is Rutgers was 3rd in the nation in getting sacks (that's how you beat OSU this year) and we gave up exactly 0. Now we face another active front 7 but isn't as good at getting to the QB you do the math.

Just like RU they (Ped) will come in thumping their chest about being a good run D. The difference? The best running team they have played so far is scUM and again that should tell you a ton. I personally think our oline has become a unit that is exponentially becoming one of our better units every week.

It'll be very similar to last game against RU but this time I would not doubt if Ped scores first only to go on to lose 52-17. Bold prediction will be we go for 300 on the ground.
