I don't see that. Barrett lacks the arm. Troy had a strong arm, and even he was considered not the strongest of arms at the NFL level.

Yeah, I'd say J.T.'s arm rates as "adequate." Plus he's 6'1...it's gonna be an uphill battle to get to the NFL. Helluva college QB, though.
