some pretty unrealistic expectations. they're not going to come out and put up 65 every week, and they're not going to play 10000% perfect error-free football on every play.

No, they're not...absolutely true. But this team's performance level this year does not match its talent...not even close. Still too many mental errors, they seem to be sleep walking too frequently, and the playcalling is, um, curious at times. It's a frustrating team, I'm not sure why that's surprising to anyone.

no. we need to win. obviously the most efficient way to do that is to destroy everyone but that will not happen. winning is winning much more so now than than it was in the BCS system.

Is it too much to ask them to put up 65 once? How about 50, just once? Last year playing similar competition at this time, we had 5 50 pt games and 1 60 pt game.
