ok i can live with that......
anyway, just trying give a another opinion, shouldn't be hard to tell but I wouldn't trade our coaching staff, top to bottom, for any staff in the nation.
And we can certainly live with you around this board for a great many years to come!
:moo: :osu:
Settle down, Steve. HL is a good poster, but I'm not ready to live with the guy!
Living with him around the board and living with him are different things, I mean, we know all about cowboys now, right?
Does Charlie Weis count as three?

Generally down here the "big three" are Football, Basketball, Baseball. Womens sports really dont enter the equation even though there are some amazing womens basketball teams and softball teams across the south and in Texas. I must admit that i was kinda shocked to see womens basketball to be considered "top three" i figured that in the big ten the 3rd would be wrestling or hockey.

Excellent point. Avery came to Ohio State as an assistant coach in 1989, and under his coaching OSU has been to 16 consecutive NCAA championships (current complete streak is a record 25). He has been on 3 U.S. Olympic staffs and has been coaching National Team members since the 80's. He brought the Hamm's to Columbus for training prior to the 2004 Olympics, and he has coached one of OSU's greatest athletes/alum, 3-time Olympian Blaine Wilson. While we're touting tOSU's coaches, we need to mention Men's Gymnastics coach Miles Avery, who has led the team to an NCAA title (2001), and three runner-up finishes, including 2005. He will be an assistant coach for the USA Gymnastics team at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
